I’m pretty sure I’ve said this before, but I’ll say it again now – One of my favorite things about keeping this blog is comparing the diets of the artists we interview with their music. We’re almost at the point where we can tell what a person eats just by looking at them and listening to a couple of their tracks.

My favorite artists are those that talk about what resonates as the truth for me – they talk about love and following your dreams and aren’t afraid to mention the power of God and the Universe. It takes courage to admit you believe in that stuff. When I listen to their music I can feel my body chemistry changing.

Mentally I know that we all emit specific frequencies and vibrations, but I’m now learning that eating certain things can bring our levels down, and cloud our vision. I don’t want that anymore. I want to have the courage to speak my truth and I want the courage to practice doing the things I believe in. What we eat plays a part in this.

This smoothie will help clear out some of the gunk so that we can begin to emit only the purest light. It’s especially good for clearing heavy metal toxins – from mercury tooth fillings, for example.

But you don’t need to believe this stuff to benefit from it either. It simply tastes delicious and is very refreshing. I made it after a 2.5 mile jog and it really hit the spot.

Pineapple, cucumber, cilantro and coconut oil as seen above combined with a little ice and 1 cup of green tea.

Blend that business up and breakfast is served! I absolutely love eating fresh veggies for breakfast.
